Reshape and surface existing parking lot. Install two guide signs at Pilot Knob Trailhead. Construct trail, aggregate surfacing, construct timber bridge and puncheon bridge, individual removal of trees and stumps and install ATV gate on Centennial Trail. Project is located in Pennington County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. Estimated price range is between S25,000 - S100,000. Contract time is 120 calendar days.
