Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment required to repair portions of the airfield pavements to include milling off existing asphalt pavement, placing a new asphalt overlay over the milled surface, saw cutting and sealing the new overlay, and striping the new pavement on the ramp taxiway as specified.
