McDonald (Site Code DAAD05) Furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the installation and repair of overhead doors within the Aberdeen and Edgewood areas of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Demolition of existing overhead doors and roll-up doors, including all required block, brick steel, wood, and concrete work necessary for proper installation. Furnish various types of doors and various types of motor operators. Motor operators will be capable of adapting various electrical circuits. Furnish and install various types of door options as identified in the specifications. This solicitation is issued using Full and Open Competition (F&OC). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. This solicitation has a base period of one (1) year with three (3) options. All responsive and responsible bids submitted by prospective contractor's will be considered. Bid opening date is estimated.
