The work includes the design and installation of dry pipe automatic sprinkler systems throughout buildings 11, 12, 13 and 14. The buildings are identical in construction type (UBC Type (V-N), and contain an area of approximately 120,000 square feet each. The work will include the demolition of existing sprinkler systems in each building. The new sprinkler system shall be supplied from existing risers located in each building. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 20 July 1995 until supply is exhausted. Bid opening will be on or about 22 August 1995 at 2:00 P.M.
