Z -- REMOVAL & DISPOSAL OF ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL, BLDG. 417, LUKE AFB, ARIZONA. SOL F02604-95-B0024. DUE 082495. Contact SSgt. The scope of the work includes the removal and disposal of all asbestos containing material from building 417 located at Luke AFB, Arizona. Include all labor, transportation and equipment for removal of asbestos. The contractor shall abate all floor tile, floor tile adhesive (including that under carpeting), 12'' x 12'' wall tiles and wall tile adhesive, HVAC flex duct vibration eliminator, expansion tanks insulation and exterior soffit material. Include all materials, labor and parts necessary to complete all work outlined in drawings and specifications for all bid items. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Bid documents, including plans and specifications will be available on or about 24 Jul 95. The performance period is 30 calendar days. SIC 1799 applies. The proposed acquisition is set-aside 100% for small disadvantaged business (SDB).
