The work for this project includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: the complete preparation for and installation of new slip resistant surfaces on stair treads, removal of existing paint on walls, encapsulation of existing lead-based paint on stair railings, preparation of surfaces, painting repair and/or replacement of hardware with new to match original on doors as required, removal of existing and complete installation on new light fixtures and all services required as a result of this work, patching of all existing surfaces damaged and/or altered during construction to match original conditions as required, and miscellaneous concrete patching. This solicitation is being advertised Unrestricted. Estimated cost is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Time for completion of contract is 135 calendar days. Plans and specs will be available on or about 21 July 1995.
