Interested SDB concerns should as early as possible but not later than 15 calendar days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer above, written evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a SDB concern with intention to bid. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Site visit information will be provided in the bid package.
