Colbert (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Replace and destroy 176 each, 0 - 50 PPM PCB transformers on the Tennessee side of post. Install new cluster mounts or single position mounts hardware, adapter plates, fasteners, etc...whenever new tansformers are to be replaced. Remove existing connect wires and reconnect them with new equipment. The Contractor shall store and destroy all PCB contaminated and PCB equipment and clean up any ''spills'' which may occur at the site, on the road or in the storage area. Contractor shall be responsible for proper execution and completion of the work. SIC is 1623/$17 million. Acquisition is issued pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 with subsequent award pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, this action is unrestricted. Performance period is 90 calendar days. Project range is $250,000 - $500,000. Funds are not present- ly available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available for which payment for contract purposes can be made. All responsible sources may request a bid by submitting a nonrefundable $25.00 charge in the form of a money order, certified or cashiers check made payable to the Defense Accounting Officer.
