Work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction and renovation to the existing Sioux San Hospital including the following items: 1) installation of a complete fire sprinkler system for the entire Hospital, 2) renovation upgrades for the existing hospital elevator, 3) renovation upgrades to the existing pharmacy and dietary areas consisting of approximately 100 square meters, and 4) construction of a handicap ramp including renovations to the existing Emergency Room entrance. The project also includes the removal of asbestos material and the installation of a drop corridor ceiling with related mechanical and electrical upgrades. The plans are dimensioned using International System of Units (SI) (Metric). The estimated price is between $500,000 and $1 million. The period of performance estimated at 150 calendar days.
