Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision for Project VGLZ 922002, ``Repair Small Arms Range Road'' at Selfridge ANG Base Michigan. Work includes but is not limited to: repair approximately, 1,280 LF of road by completely removing existing deteriorated asphalt and replacement with PCC pavement. The new pavement shall form a two lane roadway with a total paved width of 20 feet. Project includes shoulder work, ditching and drainage provisions. Existing railroad crossing is to be re-constructed. Project is to be phased to allow for the continued operation of the Small Arms Range. All work to be in strict accordance with the specifications and Drawings No 800-527 dated August 11, 1994 for Project VGLZ 922022, ``Repair Small Arms Range Road'' at Selfridge ANG Base MI. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 150 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1611. Applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17M average annual revenue for the previous three years. Interested concerns should as early as possible, but no later than 15 calendar days after publication of this ntice, indicate interest in bidding as a prime contractor on the project, evidence of capability to perform including references for similar work with contract numbers, points of contact, telephone numbers and if appropriate a positive statement of eligibility as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concern. In addition, dollar amount of current construction bonding capability is required. The Contracting Officer will utilize the information received to make a decision to issue this solicitation as set-aside for small disadvantaged business or ``UNRESTRICTED'' without further notice. Therfore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns.
