Ochoco National Forest in Prineville, Oregon, will be procuring a
radio access control system that will allow mobiles, portables, pagers,
base stations, repeaters, telephone lines and office based dispatch
stations into a regional wide-area network. The system shall be
configurable to meet specific needs in the number of radio channels,
telephone lines and dispatch stations. As the number of radio channels,
telephone lines and dispatch stations increase and the coverage area
expands, shall be able to interconnect two or more systems. The system
shall have the capability to accommodate such features as multi-party
conference, call forwarding, mobile registration, channel monitoring,
paging, mobile choices and voting options. Dispatch control stations
will have the capability to interface via a 4-wire control. This
