Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 14 Jul 1995. Bid Opening will be on or about 18 Aug 1995. Performance period is 180 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
