Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the improvements to maintenance garages at various New York State locations. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The Principal Features consist of: (1) Removal of existing vehicle exhaust system and replace with new. (2) Installation of new drywall ceiling. (3) Remove existing light fixture over maintenance bays and install new metal halide low bay fixtures, and (4) May include abatement of asbestos containing material (ACM).
