The work consists of, but not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install a base wide alarm system in accordance with the plans and specifications at the Oregon Air National Guard Base, Portland Oregon. The basic contract consists of installing antennas and transceivers for eighteen (18) buildings. This contract will also provide two (2) base stations for alarm system monitoring. Proposed project will be compatible with and unify existing alarm systems basewide. Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Estimated length of construction is 90 calendar days. The SIC is 1731. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The proposed solicitation is 100% small disadvantaged business set-aside (SDB). Potential bidders shall certify their status as a SDB. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform. Complete information concerning management experience on similar work and financial status must be submitted.
