Each isolation room will include private bath, private shower, and an anterroom. Air flow monitoring system will be included and air handling equipment will be upgraded to accommodate additional air exchange requirements. Preliminary design may result in identification of alternate locations that can be more economically modified to accommodate duct/air handling equipment. Area of consideration is limited to 50 mile radius of Castle Point, NY which is located 3 miles north of I-84 on 9D. SIC 8712 applies. The size standard is $1.25 million and contract award is subject to availability of funds. The estimated cost range for construction is $250,000 and $500,000.
