In Buildings 71, 210, 351 and 6013, project shall be to remove the existing centrifugal water chillers, cooling towers and condenser water pumps, and replace with new chillers (total of five (5) units), cooling towers and condenser water pumps, install new refrigerant monitoring system in each building. Existing piping, electrical service, controls, etc., will be modified or replaced as required. Temporary chiller will be required to minimize building cooling outages. Estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small or small disadvantaged business.
