Provide all supervision, plant, labor, materials, equipment and appliances necessary in connection with the installation of a ceiling in the Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) at the U.S. Army Reserve Center, Amherst, New York. Work will include, but is not limited to, removal of transiteasbestosboard, in accordance with OSHA 1910.1001, installation of batt insulation, securing loose insulation, removal or lowering of electrical fixtures, conduit, junction boxes and other equipment, installation of 1/2'', Type X, GWB ceiling, installation of nailers and molding, reconnecting and testing of all fixtures and removed equipment, and painting of new ceiling and molding. This procurement is estimated at betwen $25,000 and $100,000. Period of performance is 120 calendar days. Bid Issuance Date will be O/A 15 Jul 95. This is an unrestricted procurement.
