X -- LEASE AIRCRAFT HANGAR, OFFICE SPACE, AND AMPLE PARKING AREA(S), FORT HOOD, TEXAS POC Mr. Moore, Real Estate Division, (817/334-9993). The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease from between 65,000 to 75,000 square feet of Aircraft Hangar and Office Space, along with ample parking area(s) to accommodate up to 331 vehicles, in Fort Hood, Texas area. The space offered should include a 6,000 square feet building to house a paint booth, and must provide a hard surfaced air field (min 4,000 feet in length) in the immediate area of the main facility which will permit test flights. Space offered should be located within an area of a circle bounded to the north by the Township of Turnerville, east by the Township of Troy, south by the Township of Florence, and west by the Township of Adamsville. If alternative space is not available within the above boundary, the Government intends to negotiate a renewal lease of the existing site.
