Phildelphia, intends to solicit on a full and open competitive basis for the provision of Shipboard Non-Skid Services for interior space and interior wet space deck coverings in Mayport, FL. A firm fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract is contemplated for a base year and one (1) one (1) year option period. The ordering period for the base year is 01 Dec 1995 through 30 Nov 1996. The estimated amount of the base year is $985,595.00 with a total estimated amount (inclusive of the option) of $2,002,185.00. The estimated quantity for all line items for the base year and the option year is 383,000 square feet (766,000 square feet inclusive of the option). Offerors are required to submit both a Cost Proposal and a Technical Proposal consisting of the following evaluation factors: Corporate Experience, Personnel Resources, Management Plan and Production Performance Plan. The Government plans to make a single award to the eligible, technically acceptable, responsible offeror whose total proposal on all items is the lowest priced. This contract covers the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain a Statement of Work and specifications for Interior Space and Interior Wet Space Deck Covering Services as appropriate.
