The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment, Washington is procuring on behalf of the Naval Medical Information Management Center the preparation of an end user manual and the necessary training materials for the Navy's Pharmacy Inventory Control System (PICS) and Microcomputer Medical Inventory Control System (MICRO-MICS). The documents will be distributed Navy wide. The contractor shall develop the necessary system life cycle documentation to support the operations and maintenance phase of the Navy's PICS and MICRO-MICS. The PICS documentation will include: an end user's manual and the necessary training materials/package to augment the end user's manual. The MICRO-MICS documentation will include: an updated user's manual and the necessary training materials to support both the end user and the trainer.
