A 5 year requirements contract is anticipated for compressor rotors for various Allis Chalmers axial and centrifugal compressors. Estimated total quantities are 2 EA rotor assemblies for AC Model 1107 axial compressors; 1 EA centrifugal rotor assemblies for A-C models V-1604, V-1104, and V-704; 2 EA centrifugal rotor assemblies for AC model VH-103; 6 EA rotor assemblies for AC model VA 1309 axial compressors. Also included are miscellaneous components such as stator baskets for AC model 1409 compressors. Axial compressor rotors will include installation of GFE rotor blades, inspection and balancing to original manufacturer's tolerances. A sole source procurement with AC Compressor Corp is anticipated due to their proprietary rights to drawings and other information necessary to fabricate these items. See Numbered Note(s): 22.
