manufacture and delivery of 50,382 M25 Target Hit Simulators in
accordance with TDP 12972825. Requirement includes first article
testing and lot acceptance testing. The M25 Target Hit Simulator
provides the gunner and tank crew with a cue that the target has been
hit but not necessarily killed. The M25 provides this cue by producing
flash, a bang, and a stream of fifteen burning pellets. The simulator
must be visible at a distance of 3,000 meters in daylight at the time
of functioning. The M25 Simulator is loaded into the Gunfire Simulator
