The work includes but is not limited to furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the following work: Demolition and replacement of approximately 520 linear feet of cast-in-place concrete utility trench including fuel and water piping, and replacement of approximately 1500 SF of cast-in-place concrete pavement. Work also includes minor spall and crack repair of existing concrete bulkhead, replacement or portions of the steel wale, installation of new fender system and incidental related work. Cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This is a firm fixed price contract. Period of performance not to exceed 365 calendar days. This is not set aside for small business concerns. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 13 July 1995. No charge for first bid package. Bid opening date of 25 August 1995 is approximate.
