The geographical limitations for the procurement is the seven state service area of the Tennessee Valley Authority which includes Tennessee and portions of Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Virginia, North Carolina and Georgia. The designer/design studio, and Lead firm, and the entire project team must have a principal office(s) within this area.
