The contract will be for the period 01 October 1995, or date of award thereof, thru 30 September 1996 with two one-year options. Estimated yearly requirements consist of 276 night lodgings (single room), 2164 night lodgings (double room) 1724 meals (breakfast), 10 meals (dinner - weekends/holidays), and 1755 meals (supper). Facility shall not be located more than 10 miles from 505 Central NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Firms will be evaluated on the following criteria in descending order of importance: 1) Facilities; 2) Meals; 3) Managemenmt Team/Support Personnel; 4) Price. The Government makes no guaranty as to the total amount of services to be performed.
