The Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 Dallas Office intends to award a contract to the Legal Enforcement Training Institute to present the national training known as PART (Professional, Administrative, and Regulatory Training) for State Inspectors. The training shall be two and one-half days in length, during the periods between November 1, 1995 and March 1, 1996. The training will be conducted for the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) state lead agencies in the following cities: Austin, TX; Little Rock, Ark; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Alexandria, Louisiana; Oklahoma City, OK; and Dallas, Texas. It is anticipated that this will be a firm fixed price contract. See Note 22. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. (174)
