Provide onsite services in the field of Supplemental Testing Services (Test Administrator) at the Educational Departments of the Federal Medical Center, and the Federal Prison Camp, Lexington, Kentucky. This is considered a contractual agreement and not a personnel appointment. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is July 15, 1995. The contractor shall provide on a non-discriminatory basis, testing services which support the programs and goals of the Education Department. Administer ABLE, practice GED, and other tests necessary to assess academic, ESL, and vocational skills. Administer, analyze, evaluate, and review testing needs of the inmates. Administer aptitude tests for vocational training or job selection. Maintain adequate usage logs and accountability documents as requested by the Supervisor of Education. Be able to work with different educational levels of inmates. Be able to work with inmates whose primary language may be other than English. Maintain data and produce monthly reports of testing activities as required by the Supervisor of Education. Services will consist of the following schedule: seven sessions per week, a session being defined as four (4) hours in length. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award through September 30, 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This requirement is set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code is 8299.
