The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO) intends to award a sole-source contract to Remedy Corporation, 1505 Salado Drive, Mountain View, CA., 94043-1102 for the purchase of proprietary software, to include six 5-pack write licenses for MS Windows and six 5-pack floating write licenses for MS Windows, in support the Action Request System (ARS) database. This will be a single, one time purchase. The proposed contract action is for proprietary software purchase for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Remedy Corporation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Govenrment.
