Ebasco Services Incorporated under USEPA Prime Contract 68-W9-0034 (ARCS I) requires qualified sources to participate in bench scale studies to solidify/stabilize PCB and heavy metals contaminated sediments from the Hot Spot area of the New Bedford Harbor superfund site, located in New Bedford, MA and listed on EPA's National Priorities List. The work includes providing a solidification/stabilization admixture to treat the contaminated sediments, and the appropriate mix-design information to facilitate Ebasco's bench scale testing. This subcontractor may also provide any specialized mixing equipment and oversight direction to Ebasco personnel conducting the bench scale testing. To be considered for this work firms must be able to demonstrate successful recent completion (last three years) of similar projects. A physical and chemical profile of the proposed admixture will be required to be provided in the proposal. Anticipated duration of the work is one week.
