PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes demolition of old facility (Phase III) at Camp Billy Machen: installation of water service line and filtration system, approximately 800 feet of pipeline, metered pump system, modify bunker design which requires changes to the Intrusion Detection System (IDS), open-ended bays with CMU block, 4' x 7' vault door in each of the five bays, electrical lighting, provide required space for an additional ready service lockers (RSL); Site work includes installation of a 50-pair telephone cable service from telephone backboard to point of connection with Pacific Bell Telephone Service along Cuff Road; Weapons Cleaning Area: install screens with adjustable louvers; reconfigure the reception are and offices to include a women's berthing area, provide 6'' sleeve for communications cable installation, separate light circuits for independent switches, add shower stall with door, add interior partitions with double doors at Mess Hall, install wrought iron gate material to low partition wall to elevation of 6 feet for security purposes complete and ready for use. Other work may include installation of additional fire alarm system, exterior lighting, install a 50' communications tower, louvers, doors, patio cover, and incidental related work.--The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is approximately 120 calendar days.--This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17 million.
