The work includes medium voltage class dual feed capacity (an open loop) to the fuel farm area as well as replacing several transformers, sectionalizing switches, installing a new duct bank system with 4.16 KV circuit (using 28 KV insulated cable), partial removal of existing 4.16 KV overhead circuit, and cutting over loads from 4.16 KV to 26.4 KV circuits, and incidental related work.
