The work is to be phased. Phase one includes construction of the new exterior building walls and floors while the existing exterior walls, windows, doors, and roof remain in place. Government personnel will then move into a contractor furnished trailer. Second phase includes the balance of the wrok excluding Multi-purpose room Final phase includes the balance of all remaining work. All work to be completed no later than 150 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Phase two and three shall be completed within 60 calendar days. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract to be awarded under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
