Offerors will be required to acquire the site, construct the specified building and upon completion, agree to execute a lease with the Postal Service for the entire property. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is complete; conveys an appropriate level of experience and references to assure performance of the specified requirements; conveys a well considered development plan (i.e. construction cost assessment, identified financing/equity sources); and outlines a well-conceived and equitable rental package acceptable to the Postal Service.
