The Air Force Reserves, Bergstrom Air Reserve Station, Austin, Texas, require lodging as follows: Estimated quantities consisting of Seventy Five (75) single occupancy rooms, and sixty (60) double occupancy rooms, (Friday and Saturday each month). Facilities must be located within a fifteen (15) mile radius of Bergstrom ARS, provide adequate parking well maintained and lighted, meet municipal, county, and state health standards. Proposed period of performance shall be from 13 October 1995 through 7 September 1996. IFB FA6652-94-BA011 will be issued on or about 10 July 1995, with bid opening on or about 10 August 1995.
