The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Bolling Air Force Base, Washington DC, intends to award a firm fixed price small business set-aside contract for professional instructional services for a term of one year with four one-year options. Effort will include forty (40) hours of classroom instruction for each iteration of ''Personnel Management for Supervisors'' and ''Principles of Supervision'' (as arranged by the Training Administration Branch point of contact (POC)/contracting officer's representative (COR) and twenty-four (24) hours of classroom instruction for each iteration of ''Introduction to the DIA Civilian Personnel System.'' Also included are: updating of instructor course books, participant course books and visual aids as deemed necessary by the POC/COR and as specified in the Statement of Work. Place of performance is Washington DC and Huntsville AL. A reading room will be available to review training material.
