The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division plans to procure on a sole source basis the efforts of the University of Michigan for the continuing research and development of a user oriented FEM scattering and antenna analysis package that incorporates state-of-the-art mesh truncation schemes, solvers and gridding packages. At this stage, modification of the existing electromagnetic simulation codes can only be performed by the original developer of the code, who is the University of Michigan.
