Provide various medical services, as needed, to inmates incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution Beckley, in Beaver, WV. Medical services to include: Inpatient/Outpatient Hospital Services, Inpatient/Outpatient Physician Services, and Outpatient Services at the Institution. Inpatient days is estimated at 150 per year. The proposed contract(s) will include a base year not to exceed twelve months, with four, one year option periods for renewal. The solicitation will have a geographic restriction to only hospitals located within a 25 mile radius of Beaver WV. The estimated issue date of the Request for Proposal is on or about July 15, 1995, with proposals due thirty days thereafter.
