Ali,215/656-6104 This is a requirement for an Indefinite Quantity Term Contract for Environmental and Cultural Resource Services. Services which will be required include but are not limited to preparation of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS's), EnvironmentalAssessments (EA's), Parking Studies etc. The work to be performed under this contract requires studies in conjunction with projects such as Federal Construction, Lease Construction, Leasing and other similar projects. EA's and EI's require preparationof comprehensive documentation which addresses the existing natural and man-made environments of a project site and its surroundings and the potential impacts that will result from the proposed project. Environmental documentation also requiresevaluation of alternative sites and methods. The contract will cover an initial one (1) year period with an option for four (4)one year renewal periods. The maximum annual contract amount for the base yearand any potential option year will be$1,500,000.00 per year. The guaranteed minimum contract amount for the base year and any potential option year will be $25,000.00 per year. Work under the proposed contract will be for projects located in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland(excluding the counties of Prince Georges and Montgomery), Virginia (excluding the counties of Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun and Arlington), West Virginia, and New Jersey (excluding the countiesof Essex, Passaic, Hudson, Morris, Bergen, Union,Middlesex and Monmouth).
