Contractor shall remove used solvent and replace with contractor supplied solvent. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and holding all necessary licenses, permits, insurance, preparation of all manifests, and documentation for complying with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, codes and regulations required in the performance of all work. The contract will be for a base period (anticipated to be 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996) and including four (4) option years. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted regarding business size. All responsible sources may participate. A requirements type contract is anticipated as a result of this solicitation.
