Krutz, 601/686-6361, Contract Specialist The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary for the replacement of the HVAC system, 1969 Wing, at the USDA, ARS,Sedimentation Laboratory, Oxford, Mississippi. The work includes but is not limited to; remove and replace HVAC system and fumehoods, miscellaneous minor demolition of CMU walls, remove existing build-up roofing and replace with tapered insulation system and EPDM roofing, and add alternate: Remove existing wood laboratory casework, miscellaneous minor demolition, miscellaneous plumbing, install new ceramic tile flooring, paint walls and ceiling as called for in the specifications. The work is to be completed within 150 days. An IFB will be issued on orabout July 18, 1995. Estimated cost of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
