Joan Wilson, (301) 619-2387 Work entails repair of deteriorated sections of roads and parking areas including removal of old pavement and/or subbase material and replaceing same with the designated subbase and surface courses; resuracing of existing deteriorated pavement with bituminous concrete surface course, to include the required tack or prime coat and the raising of any water valve boxes and/or manhole covers within the area to be resurfaced; sealing cracks and joints in paved areas; maintenance of gravel shoulders; repairing and installing new sidewalks and pads; repairing and installing new curb and gutter; double surface treatment of existing roads; alteration of parking lots; and striping of roads and parking lines. Performance will be for a period of one (1) year with two (2) consecutive one (1) year option periods, if exercised by the Government.
