Colbert, Contracting Officer (502) 798-7566 (Site Code DAKF23) Remove existing temp wiring, poles, concrete foundations, brackets/arms, lights, as required. Repair/replace approximately 141 street/walkway light poles and 175-200 watts mercury vapor lamps. Install new concrete foundation for new replaced poles. Provide 120-240 volt Hi-power factor ballasts for mercury lamps. Provide new fixtures, lamps, brackets/arms to complete new replaced poles. Replace new wires (underground line) for new/existing light poles from pad mounted transformer/manholes; all wiring and shall be directly buried. Reconnect wires and energize the installation. All light circuits at light poles, complete. Excavate, clean and finish with concrete pavement or sods. Repair or update existing manholes or pull boxes, concrete foundation, poles or bracket and lamp fixtures. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1623, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. Estimated range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. Performance time is 90 calendar days. Project funding is subject to availability.
