The contractor shall provide Total Quality Education Training for implementation of Total Quality Education (TQE) to the Fort Knox Community Schools district personnel with special emphasis for targeted groups/cohorts of employees. The contractor shall demonstrate, through the submision of references, original materials (published works), and teaching modules, an established background in TQE practice and philosophy. In addition, the contractor shall have conducted TQE training for other school districts with pre-school through twelfth grade populations. The contractor shall develop and shall provide TQE training consisting of multiple sessions during the school year and summer months over a three to five year period.
