Pending internal approval, the Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occasions for a two year period against Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-5623 with Westinghouse Norden Systems, 75 Maxess Road, Melville, NY, 11747. Orders will be issued for engineering services and support for the AN/SYS-2(V) IADT System Series. This includes services and support for installation, checkout, testing, or repair of any Field Change Kits and peripheral equipment associated with the AN/SYS-2(V) IADT System. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Westinghouse Norden is the sole producer of the AN/SYS-2(V) System. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
