Hamelin, (413)582-3093 Project 631-96-102, HVAC/Isolation Rooms for TB Work consists of architectural and HVAC renovations for Ward Isolation Rooms as well as isolation area in the Ambulatory Care Area for TB isolation subject to latest OSHA and CDC guidelines. The project requires the services of a Professional Industrial Hygienist and AIHA certified Laboratory to identify whether or not asbestos is present in the area of construction and it's impact on proposed construction. Plans must be supplied to VA on Autocad. Estimated Construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Selection will be based on recent specialized experience; professional capacity to accomplish work; professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to the project; the location of the firm in relation to this medical center; and experience and capabilities using CAAD. Applications will be accepted from firms that maintain and established office in the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Maine.
