SOL N00140-95-R-N085 SYN 419 POC Contact Point, Jim Swartz, (215)697-9698, Contracting Officer, Kevin Sweetra, (215)697-9698 The FISC Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 with Liberty Data Systems of Kernersville, NC for the acquisition of an Emergency Medicine Consultation and Clinical Diagnostic Telemedicine System for the Naval Hospital at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The system will permit High Resolution Diagnostic Images to be Transmitted, and full Motion Interactive Teleconferencing to be shared, between the Naval Hospital at Camp Lejeune and the East Carolina University (ECU) School of Medicine. Four (4) functional modules comprise the system: a Trauma Unit; a Specialty Consultation Room Unit; a Radiology Unit; and a CME Video-Conferencing Unit. The Naval Hospital system will be linked with the system at ECU ldeveloped by Liberty Data Systems in conjunction with the East Carolina University (ECU) School of Medicine.
