A sole source modification to contract N00024-91-C-4188 will be issued to Kollmorgen Corporation, Electro-Optical Division, Northampton, MA to enable the conduct of an Operation and Maintenance Factory Training Course and an Intermediate (I) Level Maintenance Factory Training Course. The contract originally contained these items as options. However, the Government failed to exercise the options prior to option expiration.
