The contract will be awarded for the Wichita Falls area, and will include the following counties: Montague, Clay, Wichita, Archer, Wilbarger, Hardeman, Baylor, Foard and Knox. The closing office must be established in Wichita Falls. Contract to be issued for a basic contract period of one year with two (2) one year option periods.
