This modification hereby cancels RFP 95-13 and changes the solicitation to an IFB #3431 as follows: To provide centralized credentialing services for the medical staff at the service unit level and in the area office. There is a need to credential approximately 300 medical staff appointment and reappointment files each year while complying with JCAHO accreditation standards. Services to be performed for one year after award with four (4) one year option periods to extend for a total of five (5) years. Requests for copies of IFB #3431 will be available approximately 15 days from publication. Bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for August 15, 1995.
