The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for the fabrication of museum exhibits for Gateway National Recreation Area, Fort Wadsworth Exhibits, Staten Island, New York. The Contractor shall be required to provide all professional services, labor, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to fabricate and install museum exhibits. Work includes: Postaward Conference at Fort Wadsworth, Staten Island, New York; as-built drawings; fabrication of exhibit structures including electrical connections and lighting; wall panels; faux fabricated and painted casemate masonry walls, floor and ceiling; backlite transparency exhibit units; two (2) identical models of a 10'' Rodman gun tube and one (1) simulated gun carriage; two (2) half models of quarter sized gun tubes; reproductions of: powder bags, a 32 pound solid shoot, a 10'' Columbiad explosive shell, and a high explosive shell for a 16'' gun; thirteen (13) tactile models of forts in New York harbor; two (2) mannequins in reproduction clothing; various cut-outs of life-sized men in uniforms; photo murals and other photographs; graphics; transportation of exhibits; and installation of exhibits.
